'I loved the uniqueness of the place. Large bedrooms, except for the one bedroom-like area between one of the main bedrooms and the adjacent shower room. The common room area (kitchen and adjacent living room area) was a great size for hanging out. The kitchen/dining area was especially cool with the old vintage furnishings and long table. 'Cozy, clean space. Exactly what we needed. Older home so some quirks with the floor and stairs. Very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Just blocks from restaurants and Nelson Atkins museum. '

'We spent 2 nights to catch a Chiefs game and enjoy a night in KC.The space is the perfect size and perfectly priced.We were able to schedule a late checkout which was much needed!We’ll definitely be back for another weekend away!'

'Very disappointing experience. We had to check out early due to significant flooding in the kitchen. The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition. The bathroom ceiling was taped with duct tape. The host, Jonathan, was rude and unprofessional. '

'This place was absolutely adorable, decorated in KU colors and in a perfect location one block off Mass street in the good restaurants and cute shops. Easy self check in and great communication from the host. If my daughter ends up at KU I will rent this same place again!'

'Love the location for this property! We walked to everything we wanted to do. The beds could use improvement but everything else about the property itself was wonderful. We stayed over a weekend and the area is pretty active until well into the night, calming down after 2 or 3 am. There were people driving around on really loud ATV's at night but that is really an issue Kansas City Police needs to take care of.'
