'This was a perfect place for our family weekend. The property is beautiful and well appointed. It had everything we needed for the weekend-ample space, comfortable beds, nice linens and well stocked kitchen. Owners have thought of everything! We brought games and cards from home and were pleased to see a closet full of the same! The location was close to great restaurants, grocery, etc. I will definitely save this one for the next time! 'This is a really good property. They offered more amenities than any VRBO I have rented. Location was good for going downtown. The only thing I would suggest is assuring the house is treated for bugs on the first floor because of the location and trees. But responsiveness to concerns were addressed immediately. Highly recommend this property. We had a girls trip and felt very safe in the neighborhood but will suggest placing some type of blind on the front door window for a little more privacy.'

'This was a beautiful 4 bedroom home. Perfect for 4 sisters. The covered patio was FANTASTIC! If it hadn't been for the neighbor's barking dogs we would have spent more time out there. Kitchen was well stocked and the communication with the owner was GREAT!Some minor repairs need to be made. Located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to interstate and local roads.'

'This was a very spacious property just 5 minutes from Downtown Nashville. Ubering was super easy!! The property was clean and welcoming. It was perfect for 3 couples as each had their own bedroom, ensuite and walk in closet. No issues to report! We had a fantastic time for our first time in Nashville!!'
