'we had the best time in the dreamiest sweeney cottage! location is perfect, we had fun at the winery & dinner at fox and locke. the house was beyond cozy and full of charm and history. can't wait to come back again!'

'This is a cozy little dwelling, nestled in a quiet area. All amenities are there, including coffee (very important). There is AC, which was necessary during our stay. I am 54 and was able to climb the ladder to the loft (my 2 adult daughters wanted the couch bed), but keep in mind climbing down. And if you're lucky, you'll get a visit from the resident kitty, Putty. Arrington Vineyards is less than 10 mins away and we went for a tasting. 'My family and I had a short stay in Franklin, but this house was amazing for the time we were there. The house was clean, well stocked with towels and other essentials and the owners were extremely easy to contact and were flexible with us. We will definitely be staying again next time we come to Franklin'

'This quaint home was perfect for our stay! The kitchen was well supplied as we cooked two wonderful meals and had all we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and well supplied. It was the perfect hub for day trips to Leipers Fork and Thompson Station. Would definitely stay here again. '

'We loved everything about this home - it was so clean, the location couldn’t have been better ( we got plenty of walks in) and it was just lovely to be in. The home had everything you could ask for and Anna was incredibly responsive. We had two kids and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own alone time. We’d love to come back! '

'We are 2 ladies in our 50s. We love the Franklin area and wanted to spend a few days here while driving home from florida. This place was absolutely PERFECT. The unit was spotlessly clean and we felt completely safe. We were only minutes from down town, the pucking parlor and the Factory. 100% will stay again. Very nice rental. Easy check in and out. '

'We loved our quick stay here. A 2 min drive to the Factory and easy to get to Main Street. The place was clean, well set up, and cute! The only downside was that you could hear every single movement from the renters upstairs, but I often find that to be the case in a hotel as well. Maybe a deterrent if you are a light sleeper but we didn’t mind. Would stay again! '

'Lovely location near Franklin. Very clean property that is a quadplex (this unit is in the back so will not show up in maps). Host was able to accommodate an early check in. Only issues are intermittent working AC so bedrooms were hot but rest of unit cool. Other than that we will definitely be back!'

'This property offers the perfect quiet spot to stay in Franklin that allows you a three minute walk to the Franklin Factory Mall for great coffee, food and shopping. Or a ten minute walk to downtown. Great space with three bedrooms and two baths. We will stay again!!! Jon'

'The property was very cute with multiple units but this one was not maintained well. Lots of scratches on walls, coffee pot did not work, then TV's did not work second night because old cable box was out. Management did not seemed concerned and was not very responsive. Thankfully the heater worked great. '

'We enjoyed our stay at Amy's home in Hood River. It is a charming older home with character! The grounds and gardens are beautiful. The front deck was great to relax on when the sun went down, it is hot during sunny days. We especially liked the kitchen that had morning sun and views of the garden. It is an easy walk to downtown Hood River and to Indian Creek walking trail which we frequented. The beds were not the most comfortable, but were serviceable. "it is a great motel for an overnight stay on the road it is clean and includes breakfast it is not in the centre of Franklin but outside of it there is a waffle house next door and a mc donalds across the street and more places to eat nearby."
