'Jennifer and Jeremiah were excellent hosts. Communication was great, the house was clean and decorated nicely with seasonal accents. There was a welcome note with flowers and treats upon arrival. The house was comfortable and roomy enough for our needs (girls tripa baby). Jennifer responded graciously via email after a county wide power outage. Despite the house feeling comfortable and clean, we did not love the neighborhood, traveling as a group of just women. However, it was walking distance...

'What an amazing home...it's was very comfortable and super convenient with 4 bedrooms, with 3 of these with full baths. The two living areas was super too when we had to divide up for various "hangouts"...but the true treasure was the back porch...just spectacular....so big with lots of comfy seating. My son loved the huge backyard with the tire swing. Owner was very attentive in checking in to make sure all was well during our stay...thank you so much !'

'This woody retreat was such a nice change from some of the sterile places we have stayed in. The walls are covered in fun, colorful artwork. The main living area is comfy and bright with a woody view. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Hosts left some goodies, which was a really nice touch. Four nice bedrooms and a great TV area equipped with a pool table and space to play games and enjoy family. Definitely had a feel of being in the mountains. Not far from downtown Franklin where we found...
