'We travel on the cheap. There was nothing too cheap about The Palace Inn. It was very clean and welcoming, the staff were friendly and professional, the room was immaculate. There was an extra blanket and pillow in the closet (doesn’t sound like much but it is when on the cheap!) They had an amazing spread for breakfast of fresh fruit and muffins, even the coffee was good. Can’t say enough about them. They will be our regular stay when we take trips to the Oregon Coast!'

'Not polite front desk staff is just the tip of the issues my husband and I encountered on our trip. We decided the room we originally had wasn’t what we wanted. So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. '
