'This hotel is truly beautiful — Art Deco style, full of character and soul. The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum. It’s located downtown, and many sights are within walking distance. The subway and bus stops are also nearby. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom could use renovation. 'Staff was excellent and the building is literally iconic. Our only negative is that the bathrooms were a bit tired. Ours had a yellowed, loose fitting toilet seat and a light out on the mirror.'
