'Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian. '

'Not very clean at all. Comforters were stain even the ones we asked for after seeing the ones in the bed were stained. The curtains were stain, old and wore out with holes. Not convenient at all even for parking.'

The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum. It’s located downtown, and many sights are within walking distance. The subway and bus stops are also nearby. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom could use renovation. 'Without a doubt, the view of the pier and city skyline was the BEST part of this hotel experience. The room was pretty large and had a great sitting area to read, gaze at the water, people watch, and relax. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. Everything I needed and wanted to do for this trip was at the Navy Pier so the Sable Hotel checked all my boxes.'
