'The location suited my needs well. The room was comfortable and quiet. The Victorian decoration will appeal to some travelers.'

'We enjoyed our stay very much. We explored the canal history and the remarkable architecture of Little Falls. The Inn was very quiet until working hours when there were the normal sounds of work on the other floors. Unfortunately the WiFi signal was not usable-we could connect to it, but weren't actually able to get any use out of it. We look forward to another visit to the area.'

'This accommodation worked great for us. Great location for a ride on the Erie Canal Trail. It isn’t a fancy place but has eating and antiques nearby. There is a working kitchen for those who want to cook or make coffee and a living area separate from bedroom. You will find a do it yourself bike shop area across the street in the mill across the street. 'The area around it seemed a little sketchy when were pulling in but would highly recommend staying here. Don’t let the surrounding area scare you. It was my 1st experience with a bed and breakfast. The owner/staff was great. Always helpful. Breakfast was delicious each morning. It was all homemade. Shower was AMAZING! Great pressure and extra overhead rainfall shower too. We found out from other guests it was her childhood home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. '

'This bed and breakfast excelled beyond all expectations! The property is exceptionally beautiful with many historic features scarcely seen except in museums of great old houses. Our host couldn't have been more wonderful and he helped us out after a long ride on the Erie Canal Trail. The amenities were excellent. I would go to Fort Plain just to stay there again.
