'The location and view from the room were amazing. We also visited the spa and got treatments while we were there, and those were also phenomental. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The downsides were that the property is a bit older and needed some maintenance. There was peeling paint on the closet doors and our door wouldn't allow latch from the outside, so we had to call maintenance to come fix it. To their credit, they handled it very quickly and there were no other problems....

'Enjoyed staying at this hotel. The ferry takes you across to the other side where a lot of the activity is going on. It runs every 15 minutes and takes about 5 to get across. You also have 2 restaurants to eat at if you decide to stay around the hotel. The pool is also lovely and has a guy playing music/singing. I would stay again. '

All the staff at Barony Beach was so helpful and friendly. We honestly could have not even left the resort walls and been incredibly happy, but the ease of renting bikes and the location of the resort allowed for easy exploration of the island.
