'The home was spotless. Brand new luxurious bathrooms. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Good four groups.'

'BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine....

'The water heater was not turned on before check-in so we don’t have hot water the first night. One of the shower faucets was difficult to set to the right temperature and was making loud noise during shower. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms. Only shampoo is provided. The dishwasher door was almost impossible to open until the unit was pulled out and opened from the side. '

The listing claims it’s a 2-bedroom, but one of the rooms is just a converted garage, making the layout dark and uncomfortable.The biggest issue was the ant infestation in the kitchen. Ants were all over the floors, walls and an outlet near the counter. We left our takeout on the counter while settling in, only to find it covered in ants when we went to eat. We had to throw away our entire meal. The owner showed no remorse and offered no reimbursement.The...
