'The food is horrible, in the buffet and the restaurants. In order to get our room cleaned we had to ask the butler and then he would send someone. We had the “VIP package” and this gave us access to the adult only pool which was dirty throughout our entire stay it had like a yellow oil dirt on the side. 'My mom and I went on a very last minute trip down to Cabo, it was our first time ever in Mexico. The Hyatt Ziva converted us to Mexican vacationers! The staff was amazing, SO friendly, so attentive, and there is tons of them so you're never waiting long for service or drinks.
We loved the adults only pool! We saw the same man everyday, and he was so sweet. Made sure our drinks were never empty and made sure we were always happy. The tacos they serve over there are 10/10.
