'We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to Rocky Mountain entrance, peaceful and quiet. The house had everything we needed and gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time as a family. We especially loved seeing multiple deer right from the property! We’d definitely come back again.'

She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. 'Awesome location. Everything you need is either in walking distance or w/in a 5 minute drive. Loved the firepit, hot tub and sound of the river right off the back porch. '

'Mitchell and Jodi are consummate hosts! They both have an incredible energy and made us feel welcome immediately. The neighborhood and property are beautiful and there is really no place else like Prospect. The carriage house had everything we needed for a comfortable week in Colorado…comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax after hiking and exploring. 'Although small, this little house was so well laid out and supplied that we were comfortable and happy. Excellent communication with property manager and close proximity to cute coffee shops, restaurants and walking trails. Louisville is such a fun place ! '

"Tijdens onze roadtrip door Colorado in juni 2025 zijn we hier 1 nacht geweest en dat is boven verwachting geweest. De kamers zijn groot, netjes schoon en de bedden erg fijn. Ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Erg goed dat er geen wegwerp bestek en borden gebruikt worden. De locatie is prima midden in Longmont, dicht bij supermarkten en winkels. Er is een leuk binnen zwembad. Een paar kleine minpuntjes: het hotel was best prijzig (maar dat zijn alle hotels in de omgeving) en de kamer was nogal gehorig (maar ook dat is bijna standaard in de USA). En je moet extra betalen voor parkeren. Maar wij zouden een volgende keer zeker terugkomen! Prima hotel."

"We waren in eerste instantie behoorlijk in verwarring. Hotel heette anders dan we gereserveerd hadden. Maar we werden vriendelijk ontvangen, geen probleem. Nette ruime kamer met koelkast en magnetron. Goed ontbijt met veel verse spullen. De grootste verassing was 's avonds de pizza die we gegeten hebben bij de de pizzeria aan de overkant van de straat, Antonio's. Echt fantastisch. Zo lekker hebben we ze nog nergens gegeten. En we zijn toch een paar keer in Italie geweest."

"Tijdens onze roadtrip in Amerika was dit onze ergste verblijfplaats. De eerste nacht hadden we een kamer gekregen op de gang waar een school verbleef. Heel veel lawaai en om 1 uur snachts ging het brandalarm af als grap van die groep. De tweede nacht was de school weg maar hoorden we de buren al om 6h 's ochtends muziek spelen. Wij hebben zo slecht geslapen, zonde van ons geld. Op de lakens zaten ook vlekken. "
