The outside property looked completely trashed with garbage everywhere and broken appliances left around. 'Location is everything! Just off the main shopping/restaurant street in downtown Capitola and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable stay with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a different heating system for the downstairs living area. It never warmed up. The floor heaters worked great upstairs. '
