'We had an amazing stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all emails. The house was clean, location super convenient, and all in all a great home.'

'Living room accommodations were not comfortable for more than 3 people. This home supposedly sleeps 8, ( two king beds and one pull out couch… lol). There was a three seater couch and one chair in the living room. No rugs ( snow outside). All the towel racks were ripped off the bathroom walls. The shower curtain was not as wide as the tub, inexplicably. Not enough towels for 3 people for 5 days. Three stars for the kitchen since the appliances were new, (knives were DULL, even after sharpening)....

'Jeff was exceptionally responsive! The place was perfect for my needs and pet friendly with a large fenced back yard! I would highly recommend this space to others!! Great location and close to Old Towne, Mid Town and Denver. '

'We stayed in the lower level which did not have a thermostat contol. It was quite cold throughout the first night. When we made this known to the host, he did set the temperature to a more comfortable level.'

'Loved this property. Our kids ranging from 2-17 all loved the house. Loved the theater, the game room and all the space. Doesn’t look like much from the inside, but once you get in it’s so nice and so much room! Would stay again on my next visit! Communication was also top notch, always answered right away. '
