'Such a great location for everything I had planned! East walk to Thump coffee, took bus to Globe Hall, Meow Wolf and Molly Brown House Museum. Didn’t need to contact host as everything was as described! Would definitely book again!'

'The house was a great location to restaurants, shops, and breweries. We only had to take a very short walk each day for dinner and breakfast with several options to choose from. The owners were extremely helpful with a few questions we had and were very accommodating. Our dog loved the large back yard. The home is very cute and comfortable. I will absolutely stay at this location when I return to visit family.'

'Joshua was easily accessible and his home was the perfect location for our stay in Denver. We were able to walk to so many area attractions and the house was amazing. Small touches everywhere made for a truly great experience. I visit Denver at least once a year and will absolutely be interested in staying again because of how wonderful this location and home were.'

'Our stay was pleasant. Communication the day we arrived wasn’t great we arrived early and asked for an early check in but didn’t get a response. We decided to do some exploring. We did have some trouble with the lock upon arrival late that night after exploring and couldn’t get a response then either. A phone number would have been great. The house was decently clean but there was several spiders.'

'The house was clean and had everything you will need. Comfy beds, great back porch and kitchen has anything you might need. Close to everything!!! Julia was so responsive to our needs. 'A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful....
