'This is my worse place have seen advertised as a guest house, I never actually stayed as it was that bad, Do not book here it,s awful'

'Staff were very attentive, from friendly welcoming on arrival to loaning a charging adaptor, to breakfast on the following morning on the table at the time agreed. The bedroom however could benefit from a good clean, and suffered from dated decor. I however think the cost of the room was very good value. The Guest House is just a short walk from the Promenade close to the Tower, but is far enough away to not suffer from noisy revellers on a Friday night in mid Summer'

'There’s no on‑site parking for overnight stays, but the car park is just around the corner and only a few minutes’ walk away. The guest house is close to everything, with a small Morrisons conveniently located at the end of the road. The couple who run the guest house were lovely and made us feel very welcome. 'Whole stay was disgraceful. On arrival there was no record of the 2 rooms I had booked. After proving the booking through Expedia, the manager told us to cancel our Expedia booking to get things sorted. One room put in neighbouring hotel. Both rooms had a new price which took an original quote of £550 up to £850. 'Building Is old, drawer were very dirty toilets dirty bad small, bed with springs broken and very uncomfortable.'

'Staff were very welcoming & helpful. rooms, bedding and towels were clean and also had a fan in our room. (Family room) on our last day our train home wasnt until 3pm and he let us keep our suitcase in storage and go back for it before we went for the train whilst we enjoyed afew more hours in the centre.
