"Reeds de 6de maal dat we dit hotel kozen als uitvalsbasis voor citytrip Maastricht. Ideaal ook om de Amstel of de Amstel gravel te fietsen; inpikken op slechts 5 km is mogelijk. Van het hotel konden we de fietsen stallen in een aparte ruimte onder camerabewaking. De kamers zijn ruim en zeer net. De douche is echter in het bad met een glazen deur. De in- en uitstap uit het bad is redelijk hoog. Het valt ons op dat de laatste jaren de voertaal zowel aan de receptie als aan de bar of ontbijt veelal Engels is geworden. Communicatieproblemen kunnen dus voorvallen: verkeerde bonnen voor de bar bvb. of verwarring aan de receptie of de kamer nu wel of niet betaald was. Maar dit weegt niet op tegen de vele positieve zaken die we als zeer aangenaam ervaren. Wij komen volgend jaar dan ook terug!"

"Airco on at all times unless you’ll pull the keycard from the holder. Wish there was an easy option to shut off the blower. Even when selecting low it’s still too hard. Pictures from the site don’t align with what we got. Interior wise yes, but room and view not at all. (Open view to the river but we could only see a roof from a nearby building. That said: the rest is all as expected and friendly staff. Still recommend to go there."

"Redelijk hotel, er is een onpersoonlijke checkin met bijkomende kosten toeristen belasting. Is toch altijd een kleine tegenvaller als dit vantevoren niet is aangegeven"

"Wij hadden een kamer op de 3e verdieping en toen mijn dochter wilde douchen, was er geen waterdruk. Erg jammer, want het was die dag benauwd warm. De receptionist kwam kijken; hij was echt oplossingsgericht en kwam uiteindelijk met een voor ons hele coulante oplossing. Wij hebben overigens heel lekker geslapen; de kamer is prima en schoon. Locatie is ook super; vlak bij de St Servaasbrug."
