'The host was great to work with, the hot tub was very dirty and they did come and clean it as soon as I reported it. Pool house with two bedrooms had not been cleaned. The sheets were very dirty. The drains didn’t work in the shower and the refrigerator tripped the breaker often. They did come immediately and clean it and change the sheets.
