'Stayed with my family for the weekend for the State fair. The house was perfect. The location was a little sketchy but no issues. The only issue is with the upstairs tenants. You could hear the creeky floors late at night and in the early morning hours. Kept you up if your a light sleeper. '

'We loved the apartment. It was perfectly located to visit the many local waterfalls. It was also very close to restaurants and businesses, which was very convenient, and the beautiful pond with swans in front of the property was an added bonus. We will definitely come back for another visit and stay. '

'Zack was an awesome host, great communication. Super convenient location. Buried in all of the reviews, which I admittedly did not read was that the location is above a bar/restaurant that plays music. We attended a live music venue next door, so it was not an issue with us at all. Thanks Zack!'

'You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed...

'I actually stayed in their property in verona beach. 5 minute walk to sylvan beach. 2 stiry apartment above rheir restaurant. Beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Ronda called in advance and offered the upgrade and wow, what an upgrade. Loved their place a d enjoyed a yummy breakfast at their restaurant. Highly recommended. '
