'Rich made us feel welcome from the first minute we got there. We hadn't begun our mini vacation and already he made us want to stay longer and/or come back. He told us places to go, sightsee, eat, and the history of the area. The location was central to other larger towns but was nice to be in a quiet area. 'The unit was beautiful & well-kept! Our 2 parking spaces were needed by the property manager. He said for a couple of hours on Friday. He moved my car & there it stayed until we left on Sunday which angered a shop owner trying to move in. The condo was well stocked except for toilet tissue. 'The apartment was well-furnished and decorated. It is close to several good places to eat, and convenient to Rt. 6 for transport to the Cape and elsewhere. A few challenges. It looks out onto a busy marina, where the day starts about 5:30-6 am. There's a steep set of concrete steps to the door, which I wish I had known about beforehand with my hip arthritis. There isn't a place to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. I don't mean to diss the place. I stayed there for five days. I likely...
