'The experience at this hotel was terrible. In the middle of the night, someone was kicking the doors and screaming, and there were police at the doors. The assistant was virtual, there was no staff member available to do the check-in. The only person I actually saw had a friendly smile, but I never saw them again. 'All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of options. The only downside was a couple of potholes in the parking lot.'

'Stayed for eight nights and there were no bagels after four days in. The food attendant did feel free to hang around the clerk at the front desk though. The coffee was weak and flavorless. Everything seems worn and in need of repair or refreshing. Tiles in the toilet/shower area were loose. It felt as if I would step wrongly and dislodge them. The front desk clerks were indifferent. I felt lectured.'

'This is a great property that’s conveniently located between Norwood, Oakley, and Hyde Park. It was very and not extremely busy! Hate that you have to pay to park but that would be my only complaint.'
