'All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area was very convenient and well maintained. We ate in the Pantry several times and the food was delicious. A variety of cocktails and mocktails were also on offer. The garden area is beautiful and has lots of available lawn games. Overall, the hotel provides a wonderfully relaxing experience.'

'I stay in hotels a lot for work and this is by far one of my favourites. Usually I just expect a clean and functional room but I felt so cosy and at home, the interior was beautiful and there were so many lovely little touches. In terms of practicality the hotel is in a good central location, it was easy to get parked using the RingGo app outside. Check in was quick, the room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Will definitely prioritise this hotel for upcoming Bristol work...

'Nice brand new hotel. Only twee weeks ago opened their doors as they said. Staff is really doing the best to make you feel well. We found our room nice and modern, just a little bit small for two persons and a child of 11 years. The mattress in the child bed was really hard! Another (small) issue was that the hotel does not have a car park. We were not prepared for that and were driving around the area a few times until we found Southgate Shopping Centre Car Park. Quite ok, I think about 13...

'We were greeted by Chris when we checked in after long day exploring Cotswold. We decided to stay in and booked a reservation for dinner. We had steak and Seabass and both meals were cooked to a perfection. All the courses were delicious from starter to dessert.
