'The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good especially compared to other similar properties. Each morning, they changed their menu and it was always quite tasty. The staff kept everything full [buffet style] and they were always ready for a crowd.
The restaurant next to the Best Western served a very tasty dinner. The menu was mostly Indian food . I requested it to be mild and they had no issues with my request.'

'The Rest Hotel in downtown Plymouth is a gem of a find! Quaint, cute, perfect location, perfect amenities, and the rooms were much better than "normal" hotels. However, the best part of our visit was the staff. They are caring, responsive, polite, and fun! My wife will only stay at the Rest Hotel when we return to Amador County Wine Country!'

'This was one of the most charming rental homes we’ve stayed in. Easy walk to the cute downtown which happened to have a great restaurant for gluten-free/celiac eating. The garden and hot tub under the wisteria were just magical. Well stocked, comfortable and a real “piece of Jackson history”. Will absolutely be renting again.'
