'This was our first time staying at this property and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are subdivided sections of an old paper factory. We were surprised at how quiet the rooms were considering how high the ceilings were with polished cement floors. Very clean accommodations and the staff was very friendly,. Good option for finding lodging near Miami University/Oxford, Ohio. '

'Mooie entree. Ruime parkeerplaatsen. Hele ruime kamer, fijne badkamer met shampoo, douchefris etc... koelkast. Stil en veilig. Personeel niet onvriendelijk, maar zeker niet vriendelijk. Afstandelijk en zakelijk. Ontbijt echt minimaal, maar voor de prijs mag en kan je niet meer verwachten. Dus geen klacht. Prima om vanuit het hotel naar restaurants, downtown of bijvoorbeeld het leuke en interessante american sign museum te gaan. Prima dus'

'Older but clean…the staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast made it even better. This is not your standard free hotel breakfast. Eggs, Sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. is was more like a Bed and Breakfast! Close to Kings Island. This is where we will stay every time we come to Kings Island! '
