However, I had to phone Maverick Suites to get the entry information. They claimed Hotels.com did not provide them with my contact information. Hotels.com did not make it clear that this is essentially a "self-service" stay place. No chair or bedside table in Room 209. I found no ice machine in the building.'

'Property was in the basement. There was a constant smell of natural gas pouring in the property making me feel sick. The bedsheets were dirty with black curly hairs in them. 'The apartment was brand new including all the kitchen equipent. Two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms and walking closets is super relaxed for a family. Every room had a large screen TV. Somerville is located in the northern part of Boston, appx. 15 minutes from the center. The area is very quiet.'

'Comfortable, well stocked and quiet apartment. Great view of rowers on the Charles. Only about a 10 minute walk to the T in Harvard Square. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Driveway is tight and it could be a problem if there were several cars, but not for us as we mostly left the car. There are two flights of stairs, but they are well lit and manageable. '

'Very clean property! However, it is not for anyone with mobility impairments. The one bathroom is on the 1st floor and the two bedrooms are up steep stairs. This separation makes going to the bathroom from your bedroom inconvenient. There is also a basement with cement steps adjacent to the bathroom. The basement door to the inside of the home does not lock. There is a secondary door down in the basement itself that locks from the inside but we were unsure about outsider access.
