'I wanted to love this place but was sadly disappointed. I appreciate the effort, some really cool furniture, the woods were beautiful. But the door didnt lock, i didn’t feel very secure sleeping there with kids. The composting toilet was not exactly what i was expecting…it WAS a composting toilet but essentially it was going into a garbage bag. The wood stove worked nicely but the wood burned very quick and went out as you sleep so unless you add it all night you wake up cold. The bed had a kids...

'This home is beautiful and worked perfectly for our couple days stopping to see the Redwoods. Our only thing we would recommend is a way to do laundry because there wasn’t much of an option for late night laundry and we had a ton with 5 people thousands of miles from home.'
