'Everything was great for the most part. Stayed 7 nights and still never could figure out why the upstairs was an oven (with the upstairs thermostat OFF!!) and downstairs was cold. We left the thermostat on downstairs at 71 and the upstairs would blow hot air causing it to be in the mid to high 70’s. In order to be warm enough downstairs, we kept the windows open upstairs. It was ok but I wish we could’ve figured it out! When we got there it took hours to warm up from 53 as well. There is...

'Very clean, cozy and well thought out layout, everything you can think of is provided. Very nice new neighborhood and quiet. Sites to see our not far off. We both very pleased with the host and the ease of the stay. We highly recommend a stay here.'

'We stayed one night and didn’t even use the kitchen other than putting our food in the fridge but it was clean and big. The two bathrooms were stocked with enough supplies, the bedrooms were cozy, and I like that in the living room there were games and books. I didn’t realize the house was so close to the freeway which you can’t hear when the windows are closed but we got hot in our bedroom and opened the window and could hear the traffic in the mornin. 'The property was conveniently located at the north end of the Avenue of the Giants, so we were able to make our way from Mendocino up to this point for a night before returning back on the scenic route toward the coast and back down to Sonoma.Very conveniently located to restaurants, casino and micro brewery.We truly enjoyed our stay.
