'Breakfast was good. Staff were great. Exercise room was small but well equipped. Place was overall clean and tidy. We would stay here again.'

'Room showed signs of significant wear. Dead bugs or other items on walls. Sheets had numerous red stains, maybe blood, pillowcase had a burn hole probably from a cigarette. I stayed 4 days because of work. They didn't service the room one time. The towels were not only hard, they were so black stained, you think someone was using them for automotive work. Definitely disappointed. I stayed here before several years ago and it was not this bad.'

'The room had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. The smoke alarm chirped all night, even after changing the battery. The doors had no insulation, very drafty. The lien was stained. Bath tubs were peeling. The parking lot was very icy. '

'I pretty much get the same room everytime I stay here, but it's not my choice. I just ask for the smoking room with a hot tub. This time it appears some minor renovations were done, the room appears to be in better condition but I can't pin-point what has changed. The bathroom can still use work, some new caulk work would brighten up the bathroom. I enjoy my stay here, even hot tub was working fine this time.'

'Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. 'I was honestly very shocked with this hotel. Most of the reviews that I read were pretty good. We stayed here for one night after visiting our daughter in college and the room smelt awful like it was a smoking room at one time, and though it is not now, it still smelt bad. The toilet bowl was loose on the ground, so if you were sitting on it and maneuvered your body the wrong way, at all it would potentially tip over. The rooms look like they were remodeled, but the smell took away from the work...

'When I walked into the room, there was a foul smell, and the tub had old stains as if it had not been properly cleaned. I also saw roaches, which was completely unacceptable. I left the room immediately and checked out due to these poor conditions. This hotel should not be rated as a 3-star property.'
