'Gajoen is a beautiful calm hotel in the middle of a overwhelming city. What a joy to come back every night to this hotel. Personnel are friendly and efficient, rooms are the most spacious and comfortable. We loved the quietness and zen feeling of this place. Restaurants are excellent and the museum side is a must visit when in Tokyo. We will definitely come back. '

'This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. The cafe connected was quite expensive with coffee at around 800Yen but it was nice to have that breakfast option. The front desk staff was not able to help in foreign languages so that made some things more challenging. Coffee in room was not replenished either which was disappointing as we stayed 5 days with 5 people in the room and only got 5 packages...

De Prince Sakura Tower hotel ligt op een paar minuten wandelen van Shinagawa station, een erg centraal punt voor de verschillende metro's, treinen en de Shinkansen.

Verder is de kamer ook erg krap. Twee koffers passen er niet zomaar in, hiervoor moet je wel de gehele bureau leegruimen. Lokatie hotel is zeer prettig want het ligt 3 minuten van station Gotanda.'

"Hotel is good. On the ground floor you can wash and dry your clothes very cheap.
The shuttle bus service is excellent. The first day we had problem to find the shuttlebus bus. We walked 19 minutes from the shinagawa station to the hotel, google map. Shinagawa is good station to go directory with Shinkansen to Osaka. Price and quality I will give a 8"
