'I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. 'Ik kom geregeld in Tokyo en verblijf normaliter in andere zakenhotels. Voor deze trip was een hotel bij Shinagawa station makkelijker, dus ik dacht: probeer deze eens uit. De Prince Sakura Tower hotel ligt op een paar minuten wandelen van Shinagawa station, een erg centraal punt voor de verschillende metro's, treinen en de Shinkansen. 1 slaapkamer, luxe beddengoed, donzen dekbedden

'Beschikbaarheid van wasmachine en wasdroger was erg prettig. Helaas is dit ook een nadeel omdat de kamers erg gehorig waren, hoorde je ook de hele nacht wasmachines centrifugeren. Verder is de kamer ook erg krap. Twee koffers passen er niet zomaar in, hiervoor moet je wel de gehele bureau leegruimen. Lokatie hotel is zeer prettig want het ligt 3 minuten van station Gotanda.'

'BEWARE: newly bought presents disappeared from our room. Housekeeping, ofcourse, didn’t know anything. The hotel did not even compensate for the cost of it. Never experience theft from a hotel room before! Unfortunately a very bad experience with this hotel. The room was spacious, with a washingmachine. Beds are a little firm. Wi-Fi is really bad. There is an automatic light in the hallway and in the toilet. This is very inconvenient when one goes to the bathroom during the night because the...

'I am delighted to be staying at the Westin Tokyo. Initially, I thought I would prefer a more Japanese-style hotel. The Westin has a special flavor and is exquisite on so many levels. The rooms are impeccable, the food excellent, and, most importantly, they have outstanding Concierge services. I don't speak Japanese.'

"Hotel is good. On the ground floor you can wash and dry your clothes very cheap. The shuttle bus service is excellent. The first day we had problem to find the shuttlebus bus. We walked 19 minutes from the shinagawa station to the hotel, google map. Shinagawa is good station to go directory with Shinkansen to Osaka. Price and quality I will give a 8"
