'Gajoen is a beautiful calm hotel in the middle of a overwhelming city. What a joy to come back every night to this hotel. Personnel are friendly and efficient, rooms are the most spacious and comfortable. We loved the quietness and zen feeling of this place. Restaurants are excellent and the museum side is a must visit when in Tokyo. We will definitely come back. '

'The room was great. Washer dyer, really a lot of attention to detail. House cleaning never bothered you yet the room was always cleaned. They did a pretty good job with breakfast, but I wouldn’t say it was amazing. Very close to Shibuya station and like a 10 minute walk to the scramble, so close enough to get out to the train or surrounding area, but peaceful enough to take it easy and get back to home base when needed. 'I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. 'This was a big hotel and had all the features to match: a pool, gym, fast elevators, lounge, EXCELLENT breakfast, helpful concierge, and centrally located in Shibuya. I did not love hectic Shibuya (I should have stayed in the slightly less frenzied Ginza), but Cerulean made me feel glad that since I was in that area, I was staying there!'

'Beschikbaarheid van wasmachine en wasdroger was erg prettig. Helaas is dit ook een nadeel omdat de kamers erg gehorig waren, hoorde je ook de hele nacht wasmachines centrifugeren. Verder is de kamer ook erg krap. Twee koffers passen er niet zomaar in, hiervoor moet je wel de gehele bureau leegruimen. Lokatie hotel is zeer prettig want het ligt 3 minuten van station Gotanda.'

'Ik kom geregeld in Tokyo en verblijf normaliter in andere zakenhotels. Voor deze trip was een hotel bij Shinagawa station makkelijker, dus ik dacht: probeer deze eens uit.

De Prince Sakura Tower hotel ligt op een paar minuten wandelen van Shinagawa station, een erg centraal punt voor de verschillende metro's, treinen en de Shinkansen.

'I am delighted to be staying at the Westin Tokyo. Initially, I thought I would prefer a more Japanese-style hotel. The Westin has a special flavor and is exquisite on so many levels. The rooms are impeccable, the food excellent, and, most importantly, they have outstanding Concierge services. I don't speak Japanese.'
