'The room was large for a family of 4 and the staff was very helpful and polite. The rearurant was really good. The location was in a residential area near the subway station. It was quiet and there were a lot of local resturants and temples nearby. I would definetly stay here again.'

'The Westin hotel in Tokyo was a lovely and clean hotel.
We stayed in the room 618 and we were lucky to have the view of Mount Fuji on a clear day.
The only negative comment from my side is that breakfast is very limited for westerners and every day is the same choice.
Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly.'

'Our room was lovely with a clear view of Mt Fuji. The bathtub was deep, the executive lounge was inviting and had lattes and matcha and snacks. The breakfast wasn’t as good as the other 3 hotels we stayed in, but it was solid. Shibuya is a pretty overwhelming place, but overall we liked being so close to the station.'

'I stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and would give it a solid 4 stars. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for Tokyo, but they were clean, cozy, and comfortable. 'I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. 'Ik kom geregeld in Tokyo en verblijf normaliter in andere zakenhotels. Voor deze trip was een hotel bij Shinagawa station makkelijker, dus ik dacht: probeer deze eens uit.

We booked one of the smaller rooms. The small rooms are oppressively tiny. No space for anything including walking. You can barely open the door without bumping into the bed. An extra foot in each direction and some wall hooks would make a lot of difference. The bed is comfortable and overall we had a great stay…. But the size of the room is shocking when you first walk in. No space for luggage but...

'I stayed for 2 weeks and really loved the hotel. Perfect location for that more quiet neighbourhood vibe and easy access to train lines. Every member of staff were kind and welcoming. My room had a great view of the city skyline and looked amazing during the night seeing the toyko tower all lit up in the distance.I can't wait to come back and plan to stay again in March 2028'
