'This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. I'd definitely return!'

'Ik kom geregeld in Tokyo en verblijf normaliter in andere zakenhotels. Voor deze trip was een hotel bij Shinagawa station makkelijker, dus ik dacht: probeer deze eens uit. En ik heb nu een nieuw favoriet hotel! De Prince Sakura Tower hotel ligt op een paar minuten wandelen van Shinagawa station, een erg centraal punt voor de verschillende metro's, treinen en de Shinkansen. 'Friendly personal. Good breakfast. Near station and small shopping mall with an Aeon which had a huge supermarket and lots of affordable clothes / sales on the other floors. We did not get the room that we had made reservations for via expedia. Hotel personal made excuses and despite that the hotel was very full they offered us a different room. But that room was not at the seaside. So we kept the room we had received. It was still a fine room though.'

'I could walk for miles to get a great workout from this property. It has pools, several restaurants, a great 7/11, a coffee shop, beautiful gardens, and taxis that are always available for departure. The location is next to many train stations and it is a 30 minute taxi drive to major shopping districts. Also, the shower kit is quality and amenities too. They provided free water for us everyday.'

'Beschikbaarheid van wasmachine en wasdroger was erg prettig. Helaas is dit ook een nadeel omdat de kamers erg gehorig waren, hoorde je ook de hele nacht wasmachines centrifugeren. Verder is de kamer ook erg krap. Twee koffers passen er niet zomaar in, hiervoor moet je wel de gehele bureau leegruimen. Lokatie hotel is zeer prettig want het ligt 3 minuten van station Gotanda.'

'Hotel is good. On the ground floor you can wash and dry your clothes very cheap. The shuttle bus service is excellent. The first day we had problem to find the shuttlebus bus. We walked 19 minutes from the shinagawa station to the hotel, google map. Shinagawa is good station to go directory with Shinkansen to Osaka. Price and quality I will give a 8'

"Perfect hotel voor een bezoek aan Tokio, dicht (max 5 minuten wandelen) bij 2 verschillende metrostations met alle nodige verbindingen. Propere kamers, relatief groot in vergelijking met andere hotels in de stad. De convenience store in het hotel is zeer handig, ook een 7- eleven aan de overkant van de straat. Gratis busvervoer naar en van beide disney-parken aan het hotel. Ook rechtstreeks busvervoer naar en van beide luchthavens recht voor de deur van het hotel (dit wel tegen betaling). Perfect hotel voor onze 10 daagse trip naar Tokyo."
