'Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. 'Our 3 day stay was superb. From the personal reception and reception to the final trip arranged for the airport. The choice of restaurants was amazing. Sadly not enough time to enjoy them. Well positioned for the main station certainly a place to return to '

'Ik kom geregeld in Tokyo en verblijf normaliter in andere zakenhotels. Voor deze trip was een hotel bij Shinagawa station makkelijker, dus ik dacht: probeer deze eens uit. En ik heb nu een nieuw favoriet hotel! De Prince Sakura Tower hotel ligt op een paar minuten wandelen van Shinagawa station, een erg centraal punt voor de verschillende metro's, treinen en de Shinkansen. 'Seemed a new hotel with a really well laid out room. Plenty of bench space, a couch, dehumidifier and the bathroom was fantastic. Wonderful view too.'

'Friendly personal. Good breakfast. Near station and small shopping mall with an Aeon which had a huge supermarket and lots of affordable clothes / sales on the other floors. We did not get the room that we had made reservations for via expedia. Hotel personal made excuses and despite that the hotel was very full they offered us a different room. But that room was not at the seaside. So we kept the room we had received. It was still a fine room though.'

'BEWARE: newly bought presents disappeared from our room. Housekeeping, ofcourse, didn’t know anything. The hotel did not even compensate for the cost of it.
