'The room was good, it’s a bit small but functional. The location is excellent, so for first time visitors it’s a good place to start.'

'Clean large room. Washer/dryer combo inside the space that made a very loud beeping sound when done, so run laundry when you aren't sleeping. Great staff at front desk to help with whatever. Close to Tsuruhashi train station.'

'Great stay at Cross Suites in Asakusa. This is a fairly new property, so many taxi drivers aren't familiar with it yet. It had everything our family needed and in a great location'

'Ik had een kamer geboekt voor mijn gezin, 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Echter bestaan dit soort kamers helemaal niet. De kamer die wij kregen was te klein met een bedje van 120x180. Daar kun je niet met 4 mensen in slapen. Ik heb een extra kamer moeten nemen en daar kosten voor moeten maken. Ik mag aannemen dat Expedia deze kosten gaat vergoeden. '

'Very good'

'Friendly staff, clean rooms, every day the room was cleaned. In walking distance of shops, bus in front of accomodation en metro walking distance. With wheelchair good accessible. Had a good time! '

'Spacious and clean. Convenient location. Liked the in suite vacuum !'

The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

'While hotel prices are skyrocketing, it is great to be able to stay in Tokyo at this rate. Although it is a bit far from the major stations, the Shirokanedai area has a unique charm that is different from typical tourist spots, which was nice. The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful. While it is understandable that the building itself is aging, here are a few things in the unit I stayed in that could easily be fixed. First, the chair provided in the room was very dirty. The fabric...

'Room was nice and clean - very modern yet cozy feel. Staff at the front desk was helpful in the check-in process and helped with amenities like iron box, weighing scale, etc which are available on sharing basis and not within the room. Although not situated in the main Asakusa area, it was only a 5 minute walk to the Asakusa metro station and the walk across the bridge is nice in itself - offering nice views of the city and of Skytree.'

'Muy buena ubicación, hay muchos restaurantes cerca'
