'An Incredibles stay. The staff were extremely friendly and very proficient in English for that matter. They were also very patient with my broken Japanese. I felt right at home even after taking a tumble outside. We went to the front desk upon entry and the staff saw my knee, came back and helped me disinfect and bandage my cut - incredible service. The location is excellent, and the building is beautiful extremely tall.'

'I enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and friendly staff who spoke English. They also had a machine to exchange money in the lobby which was convenient. Conveniently located near public transportation but also easy to find if using uber. They had a 24/7 bar and breakfast available. The area was very safe and quiet with plenty of dining options nearby as well as a 7/11 1 min walk away. No complaints. Would stay here again. '

'We loved our traditional Japanese room very much! The room is beautifully setup and huge enough for 5 of us (2 adults with 3 teenagers). The staff in the reception showed us the genuine Japanese kindness and greetings. 'The BEST place to stay in Akasaka if you want to feel like you’re living there and immersed. Can’t say enough about the Staff! They take care of you above and beyond for all your needs. They are super friendly, super helpful, and so sincere in everything they do for you. Really convenient locations convenience, stores and drug stores are right across the street. Terrific breakfast places, coffee, shops, local eateries all within walking distance. The Mall and Gym are down the street as well....

'Although the rooms are small they are luxurious and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. Didn't use the Sauna since it is only for men and I didn't want my girlfriend to feel left behind. Wish it was for all genders but that is their policy and I respect that, it's not Europe.
