'We stayed in a junior suite for a family of 4 (kids are 8yrs. old and 12yrs. old). We loved it! Clean room, friendly staff, washer and dryer inside your room and a kitchen! Updated connectivity from tv to bathroom. Location is okay and near to every places we planned. The only thing is that the room we got have a small window and no natural sunlight, Other than that we would stay here again.'

'Stayed here with our 13 & 11 year old children… got two rooms that connected & it worked out perfectly! The breakfast delivered every morning was great. The free beer & wine with snacks in the evening was a nice surprise. Location was amazing, great for shopping, close to the fish market & right next to a Don Quixote store. Walked literally everywhere from the hotel & depending on how tired we were we would uber back when we couldn’t walk anymore. No restaurant in the hotel but there’s a ton...

'Best for location. Steps from Tokyo Station, shops, retail, restaurants, bus station, airport transportation. Only negative was hotel breakfast in private boutique restaurant on lobby floor. Not suited for hotel volume. Lengthy wait times. Small restaurant. Not good for large families. Over crowded. Heavy morning rush. Tight quarters, hard to maneuver. A lot of bumping into people. Few tables. Sometimes closed. Station eateries open after 8am. Need to get food the night before for...

'Perfect place'

'Daily cleaning and free water bottles. Good bed, people are very friendly. Quiet area so you can get a good rest. Subway station right in front of the hotel and a 7eleven next doors. Room and bathroom rather small, not very convenient for two people with 2 suitcases. Breakfast has a lot to offer, but mainly Japanese cuisine so if you’re looking for a slice of cheese on your toast, you won’t have any luck.'
