'The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping.'

'The hotel rooms are as advertised and surprisingly quiet given it's at the Tokyo Station. Service was exceptional. House keeping was amazing, and you never felt like any request was too small or a bother. Nespresso in the rooms along with a kettle. Amazingly hot shower with fantastic water pressure. 'The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!'

' We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's new, spotlessly clean, and located in a quiet area of Ginza. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the subway station and with a Family Mart nearby for anything you might need. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. 'Great location for Ginza shopping. The layout is unusual but we like it. The island in the room accommodates the wash basin, refrigeration and desk . I was able to do work on the high stool provided. The well lit room is also an exception for five star hotels. We also enjoyed the free beverage and snacks provided at the reception. '
