'Really generously sized hotel room for Tokyo, with really convenient access to Tokyo station. Super close to the Character Street shopping (and especially close to the Pokemon store), as well as the shinkansen gates - just be warned the gates closest to the hotel seem to go straight to the platforms and dont have lifts. Room was comfortable, there was ample space for luggage, and even though I booked a "no view" room - outside the window was a very small garden that i didnt expect. Its not a...

'The rooms were not roomy but very functional. It had a lot of closet space and was very clean. The bed was fine and the shower was great -- ample hot water and the strength of the water coming out was excellent. Kudos to the concierge, Sadio, whom I asked where to buy certain items requested by our grandsons. Some of them were candy gummies and my older grandson wanted a certain brand of soy sauce. It turns out that that soy sauce was very special and is made on a small island and Tokyo...

'The hotel itself is a highlight for us in Tokyo. No detail is overlooked and the staff are in a different league compared to other hotels. We visited last year without our daughter, and came back this year with our parents and daughter too! Everyone had a fantastic stay and we hope to be back very soon!'

'Welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was explained how it works at this Hotel. Very clean and shower was great in the wetroom. Plenty of towels. Bring your own coffee or tea for your first morning if you dont want to go out straight away when you wake up. 7/11 is nearby and Starbucks a few minutes walk. No lobby to sit in but they take care of your luggage after check-out out.'
