'The rooms were not roomy but very functional. It had a lot of closet space and was very clean. The bed was fine and the shower was great -- ample hot water and the strength of the water coming out was excellent. Kudos to the concierge, Sadio, whom I asked where to buy certain items requested by our grandsons. Some of them were candy gummies and my older grandson wanted a certain brand of soy sauce. It turns out that that soy sauce was very special and is made on a small island and Tokyo...

Super close to the Character Street shopping (and especially close to the Pokemon store), as well as the shinkansen gates - just be warned the gates closest to the hotel seem to go straight to the platforms and dont have lifts. 'Daily cleaning and free water bottles. Good bed, people are very friendly. Quiet area so you can get a good rest. Subway station right in front of the hotel and a 7eleven next doors. Room and bathroom rather small, not very convenient for two people with 2 suitcases. Breakfast has a lot to offer, but mainly Japanese cuisine so if you’re looking for a slice of cheese on your toast, you won’t have any luck.'
