'I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

'Hervorragende Lage, um als Ausgangspunkt verschiedene Ecken Tokios zu erkunden. Die Menge an Zügen und U Bahnen in Laufnähe zum Hotel ist fast erschlagend. Im Hotel selbst bekommt man davon wenig mit, selbst auf der Seite zu den Schienen. Dafür hat man eine super Modeleisenbahn-Sicht auf das Geschehen in für Japan geräumigen Zimmern mit guter Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist klasse und das Personal hoch professionell. '

'We’ve stayed in many many 5 star hotels around the world. This was the probably the best! Staff was helpful and attentive. They were there to meet your every need! It was beautiful- beds comfortable. And tub and shower fantastic. I was sad to leave. '

'A very nice hotel, with a good room. Within walking distance from the station, the buzzing center and shops but far away to have peace and quiet at night time. Decent breakfast and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Tokyo. '
'Great rooms with lots of amenities (welcome brownies, coffee, tea, minibar, slippers, robes, umbrella, etc). Bicycles are available through front desk. Hospitality hour is held nightly with wine, sangria, sake with appetizers. The concierge was extremely helpful. The hotel is about a 9 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!'

'Once you step out of the hotel your in the middle of Tokyo Night life…
Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.
Just wish the bed was a little softer…'

"Hele slechte bed die inzakt. Kamer was niet echt schoon. Zie bv vieze plekken op tv en muren. Er waren geen thee-, en koffiezakjes aanwezig, terwijl bij andere APA hotel wel aanwezig waren. Te weinig hanghaakjes in slaap en badkamer. In de nacht is het buiten zeer luidruchtig door ambulances etc. De liftdeuren functioneren helemaal niet goed. Ze sluiten gewoon dicht, terwijl je deels er tussen staat. We komen absoluut niet meer terug. Het is zeker geen 3 ster hotel. Echter, 1 pluspuntje: personeel was wel vriendelijk."

The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked salmon, eggs etc. The hotel was close to a railway station which I could use with my Japan rail pass. It's in a quiet and safe area and when you look out of the window you are not going to see many neon signs or those typical Tokyo neon lit streets, but you are just a very short drive removed from Shinjuku station which provides more action. You get a personal terrace which I found great. I personally had the view of the park which was amazing. Personally I appreciated the quiet surrounding, but it's a matter of preference. I did not use the common pool but they have one. I did use the gym though. It is a nice clean gym. Putting some weights there would be a nice addition for those of us who like to work with weights instead of doing cardio. All in all, I would say 9/10. Thanks a lot. "

"This hotel has great location! There is metro entrance next door and the big station very close by. there is European style breakfast place next door as well and restaurants. Room was small but ok. Ventilation in bathroom was minimal so it got easily steamy there and you are not allowed to keep door open as that can make the fire alarm to go off..."
