'This was our first hotel in Japan and loved it!! The hotel staff spoke excellent English! Pierson at the front desk was wonderful to checking us in and suggested many places for us to visit. 'Welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was explained how it works at this Hotel. Very clean and shower was great in the wetroom. Plenty of towels. Bring your own coffee or tea for your first morning if you dont want to go out straight away when you wake up. 7/11 is nearby and Starbucks a few minutes walk. No lobby to sit in but they take care of your luggage after check-out out.'

'Good stay for 3 people (1 couple and a friend) - good location and had all amenities we required. Very useful to have basic cooking capabilities and a washing machine in the room. When there were any issues, staff were responsive and promptly addressed them. '

'This is my second stay in this hotel. We enjoy our stay at Mimaru Ikebukuro, kids are so happy, rooms are cozy and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. During our stay, there was some Halloween theme mini games for kids to play, they quite enjoy it. ^o^'

'Fijn apartement met keukentje en goede badkamer. Het bed was goed en er was een verscheidenheid aan kussen om uit te kiezen. Handige locatie dichtbij openbaar vervoer als uitvalsbasis om de stad te ontdekken. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Enige minpunt: je wordt verwacht voor 22:00 binnen te zijn. '

'Stayed 1 month (expended 2 weeks). all was just perfect. becouse flexstay clean yourself. walking distance alot market and drugstore. also 2 very good ramen places (1 best had visit japan) hotel itself just a gem (staff included) friendly and helpfull. space just like normal hotel room with exception coock also room and oven- microwave. neighberhood around hotel very nice except night not like centrum tokyo alot open but train 800m walk hotel or one 1.5km go very quick uneo or shinjuku etc. or...
