'The property is beautiful and grand with a fantastic breakfast and the most attentive staff, the only thing is we found was that is wasn’t walkable to any of the attractions or areas we wanted to visit, and the closest metro was about a 20 min walk away.'

'I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. 'Hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Easy access to dining, shopping, and the train station. The staff was very courteous. Each morning, breakfast had a great selection of items on the all you can eat bar. The bathroom was very nice! Great shower pressure and hot water. The lid of the bidet toilet opened automatically every time i walked in the restroom. The room was not extremely big, but it for Japan I think it was a pretty good size. Bed was very firm. Linens all white. '

'Ik kom geregeld in Tokyo en verblijf normaliter in andere zakenhotels. Voor deze trip was een hotel bij Shinagawa station makkelijker, dus ik dacht: probeer deze eens uit.

De Prince Sakura Tower hotel ligt op een paar minuten wandelen van Shinagawa station, een erg centraal punt voor de verschillende metro's, treinen en de Shinkansen.

'BEWARE: newly bought presents disappeared from our room. Housekeeping, ofcourse, didn’t know anything. The hotel did not even compensate for the cost of it. Never experience theft from a hotel room before! Unfortunately a very bad experience with this hotel.
