'Great hotel. The rooms are in very good condition since the hotel is new. The design of the rooms and of the public areas is really neat. Only the last night the fire alarm sounded and everyone in the hotel was awake. The location is really great. The area has many bars and restaurants and is still very quiet. "Very small, not good cleaning service, bathroom ventilator very old, molded all black, no any clue how to come to that accommodation from Shibuya station. And that the 2 accommodations they say in their information that some rooms are in the building next, but the building is totally somewhere else? Literally 2 streets away? No automatic cleaning the linnen, just NOT. We stayed there 6 days, 5 nights? COME ON??? THIS WAS NOT IN YOUR DESCRIPTION BEFORE THE RESERVATION. We got that information when we had the roomkeys in our hands? i was in shock, because I paid so much?! The room they say it is for 2 people, but we couldn’t fit together. It was a stressy stay this time in Tokyo. I came couple times and so far not the best accommodation according to their description In addition"
