'I had a wonderful 5 nights stay. Staffs were extremely helpful. We were there to celebrate my daughters' birthday and Hotel gave us complimentary breakfasts and drinks. Our room was on the 14th floor with beautiful sunset view of the city. Excellent location and room was very clean with washer/dryer. Bed was very comfortable. We felt very safe and will definitely come back. Loved the Nepresso cafe in room, sure made us feel like home.'

'Great hotel. The rooms are in very good condition since the hotel is new. The design of the rooms and of the public areas is really neat. Only the last night the fire alarm sounded and everyone in the hotel was awake.
The location is really great. The area has many bars and restaurants and is still very quiet. On walking distance to the more busy Roppongi. '

'BEWARE: newly bought presents disappeared from our room. Housekeeping, ofcourse, didn’t know anything. The hotel did not even compensate for the cost of it. Never experience theft from a hotel room before! Unfortunately a very bad experience with this hotel.
The room was spacious, with a washingmachine. Beds are a little firm.
Wi-Fi is really bad.
There is an automatic light in the hallway and in the toilet. This is very inconvenient when one goes to the bathroom during the night because the...

'I had an amazing time in Tokyo staying at the Oakwood Hotel and Apartments. The hotel was clean and modern. It had a gym and a small cafe at the ground floor. It was right across Nissin Grocery Store, Lawsons and Smile Everyday drug store. It was a 2-3 min walk away from the train station. I will definitely book again in the future. I love this place and the view of Tokyo Tower was amazing at night. '
