'I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip'

'Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. Each room comes equipped with everything you need to make green tea and wake up with the sun. The 6th floor restaurant boasts views of Mount Fuji on a clear day...
