'I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. 'Our third hotel during our stay in Japan and this was our favorite one, saved the best for last. First of all, so thankful for their amazing staff! They were able to store some of our luggages for two nights as we would be away to Osaka, even if we weren’t checked in as guests yet. When we came back for check in, our luggages was already in our room and one of the staff was nice enough to guide us to our room.
