'The room was large for a family of 4 and the staff was very helpful and polite. The rearurant was really good. The location was in a residential area near the subway station. It was quiet and there were a lot of local resturants and temples nearby. I would definetly stay here again.'

'I had a very disappointing experience at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel in Tokyo. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, comfort, and service, but unfortunately the experience was not worth the money at all.
The room did not feel clean, and one of the biggest issues was that they did not provide a baby crib. Because of that, my wife and our child had to sleep on the floor, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price level.
The most frustrating part...

'The Westin hotel in Tokyo was a lovely and clean hotel.
We stayed in the room 618 and we were lucky to have the view of Mount Fuji on a clear day.
The only negative comment from my side is that breakfast is very limited for westerners and every day is the same choice.
Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly.'

'I stayed for 2 weeks and really loved the hotel. Perfect location for that more quiet neighbourhood vibe and easy access to train lines. Every member of staff were kind and welcoming. 'I stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and would give it a solid 4 stars. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for Tokyo, but they were clean, cozy, and comfortable. We booked one of the smaller rooms. The small rooms are oppressively tiny. No space for anything including walking. You can barely open the door without bumping into the bed.
