'Loved the location!! Clean and comfortable! We had 60 and 70 year olds so steps to the third floor were difficult! Host was very friendly and quick to answer all of our questions! We loved our stay in Boston!'

'The host misrepresented the sleeping accommodations in the listing resulting in one of my guests sleeping on a couch. He stated there was one king bed and two double beds when there was one non-king bed (appeared to be a double bed) and two twin beds. I contacted both the host and VRBO to try to remedy the situation and both refused to do anything. I had to resort to remedying the situation through my credit card company.'

Didn’t receive the codes at agreed time, although that was an easy fix with the chatbot, except for the garage code. Talked to representative who couldn’t understand English very well and it took a couple of calls to get her to send the code. Property was very nice, well located and clean. 'This was by far the cleanest property I have ever rented! This is a cute 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement apartment. Everything is new, up to date, and very clean. My Mom & I truely enjoyed staying here! Our train came into Boston an hour earlier than check in time and we were able to get right in. The property owner lives upstairs. She was prompt at responding to my messages and questions. She was very friendly. She also has a very cute dog. There was a back yard area available, which was very...
