'The apartment was brand new including all the kitchen equipent. Two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms and walking closets is super relaxed for a family. Every room had a large screen TV. Somerville is located in the northern part of Boston, appx. 15 minutes from the center. The area is very quiet.'

'We loved the location and didn’t mind walking up the stairs each day! We did expect a few quirks in the apartment due to how old the building is, however some issues were maintenance related. The towel bar in the bathroom was bent, only a clear shower curtain liner, the bathroom sink stopper was broken so the sink didn’t drain, a broken picture frame, and a very mediocre couch. 'Great place to stay while visiting Boston. Close enough to walk to everything (if you like getting steps in) while being in a quieter part of town. Plenty of local bars and restaurants. Owner was great - would definitely stay again. '
