'This was a diamond in the ruff...that needs some TLC. I'm not really sure the back story but this is a 'no frills' stay. The rooms have n o drinking water or coffee makers, instead you get a shared kitchen with refrigerator space. At first, we thought this was a little unusual but there's a store half a block away and a coffee shop next door. The room was super clean and cozy. There is A/C and good WiFi but no TV. 'The staff and food were amazing!! Give them 5 stars!! Very clean resort. The amenities were average. The gym was comparable to a hotel gym…couple items not working as they should. The nightly entertainment at the resort was kind of boring except for 45 hit songs in one show. The pool area was decent but open to the wind. They could use another bar for people to go to after dinner. A sports bar would be nice too. We had the ocean view junior suite…the view was fantastic but the room felt dated....

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Just a regular location, nothing too special about it. Beach is a 10min walk but the mall is literally next door. Cleanliness is bad, had to ask the hotel folks to come up and clean it again.
The pool on the roof is amazing but expect loud music and alot of crowd on good days. Food at the Azulinda restaurant is fantastic!'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
