'Apartment was perfectly comfortable for my wife and kids. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked and looked nice. Location doesn’t look that great and was awoken one night at 4am to someone screaming at a relative in the street. We didn’t feel unsafe but wasn’t planning on wandering the neighborhood at night. Location is about a 30 minute walk to downtown. We generally took a taxi. '

'The property and neighbourhood are pretty good and the amenities are also really great. Perry is a really thoughtful and gracious host, the attention to detail in the property is amazing, it is very spacious. Also travelling is pretty convenient as it is 15-20 minutes away from Downtown Boston and the Cambridge Area is also pretty accessible. Would recommend this to anyone coming to Boston. '

'The bedrooms are all a good size. Properly was clean and well stocked. Communication with owner was fantastic. Only down side is the street. If you have only 1 car you wont have a problem. Other car needs to be on street. Which he states clearly in the description. Road is a 2 way street with cars parked on each side. Other than that it was great. Markets near by and fast food places including dunkin if you like '

'Great apartment within walking distance of many basic amenities. Close to area hospitals and tourist attractions. The unit is wheelchair accessible from the entrance to the building and within the unit. 3 foot wide doors and smooth floors makes it easy to navigate. Management is very responsive with quick returns on emails and calls. Highly recommend this spot for an extended Boston stay.'

'We were in Boston with extended family, for my daughter’s graduation. It’s much easier and nicer to have everyone in one house. This apartment is beautiful! It was spotless, and tastefully decorated. The absolute best, tho, were the beds! The mattresses were so comfortable! Check in/out was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe and was walkable to a nice little neighborhood street with restaurants and shops. We did rent a car, so parking was on the street, but never had a problem...

'This was the perfect stay for us. It had just enough beds and plenty of seating space. Everything was very nicely decorated and clean. The host really thought of everything from black makeup towels in the bathroom, to charger cords in the bedrooms and living room with 3 different outputs. Smart TV so you can cast your favorite show or movie. T Bus stations are within walking distance from the house. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you so much! '

'We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spaciousness of the skyrise. We loved the variety of great locally owned restaurants and shops in the neighborhood ((just head up Harvard and Washington streets). Note: Boylston is on a very busy street, and there is a lot of light coming in through the white mini blinds from buildings surrounding this one. So earplugs and a sleep mask are recommended if you have sensitivity to street noise or light.'
