Matras heeft een rare vorm , voel je een gaat in de rug en hoofdkussen is ontzettend hard. Ik kon niet, met deze omstandigheden niet goed slapen. '

'The apartment was a bit dirty and had maintenance items, like doors and wooden panels, behind the sofa in the living room, which was unappealing. There was also considerable damage to the shower doors, room doors, and the walls of the apartment. In my opinion, they should perform a general maintenance check before renting out the property. On the positive side, the location was in the heart of Madrid, with almost all tourist attractions within walking distance.'

'We were upgraded to a bigger place due to some lock issue but the place had a leak on the main bathroom they did fix but the master bedroom bathroom smelled like sewer and the locks were funky; the beds were too firm for us too. I asked for an early check-in but they were pretty firm on checkin in at 3pm and there is a fee so we opted not to. '
