'Lo recomiendo por servicios, limpieza, trato del anfitrión y comodidad. En el dormitorio la cama doble es amplia y muy cómoda y en la zona de estar el sofá-cama también es amplio y muy cómodo. Cerca del centro (andando 15 minutos) y al mismo tiempo lejos del bullicio que supone el centro.'

'la chaudière de l'appartement est tombée en panne et notre hôte est intervenu dans la 1/2 heure et a remis la chaudière en fonctionnement. Nous avons apprécié la bibliothèque avec ses livres d'art et ces livres en anglais pour débutant. Les chambres avec des doubles fenêtres masquant le bruit de la rue et les commodes et penderie dans les chambres pour ranger le linge. Les commerces et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble Un seul regret le lit parental en 140 et non en 160 mais un matelas néanmoins...

'Seven of our family members stayed 8 nights. The location was perfect for a quick walk to grocery store, bakery (every day!) and a variety of restaurants. We walked to the Royal Palace, Cathedral, Grand Via, Plaza Mayor and the World’s Oldest Restaurant Sobrino de Botin (Guinness World Records). A 20 minute Uber ride took us to the train for a 40 minute ride to a day in Toledo. We all were very happy to return to “our apartment” to rest for dinner and evening strolls. 'Hemos estado 2 días y gracias a la buena ubicación del apartamento hemos visitado todo lo que nos interesaba, desplazando nos o en Metro (a 3 minutos a pie) o directamente caminando, hay unos muy buenos restaurantes en el barrio. En pleno centro pero tranquilo, un barrio con mucho encanto, con bares, restaurantes, supermercados, todo a 2 pasos. El apartamento es acogedor y bien equipado y Bárbara muy amable y servicial. Volveremos seguro!'

'Jose, the manager of this property, was great. Called him on the way to the flat from the airport. It was early in the day so he directed the taxi driver to his house, so we could store our luggage. Turns out his place is only 50 meters from our booked rental. The flat was ready in a couple of hours and we were quickly situated. The location is unbelievably perfect. Only steps from Plaza Jacinto de Benevente ( the center of Madrid). Grocery stores, convenience stores, and more within a few...
