'Unhelpful staff, had a problem with the shower that was not fixed for a whole day.'

'Very nice front desk staff! Always someone present + a doorman We could leave our luggage behind on checkout dat well protected. Spacious appartment that fit all our needs. Very central location, metro in front, supermarkt round the corner. Just perfect for a weekend with friends. And they are in the proces of fixing the elevator issue, I’m sure it will fine when the elevators are fully renewd.'

'What a great hotel in a good location with friendly staff and nice rooms. The hotel also had a surprise for my birthday!'

Personeel vriendelijk. Kamers ruim en schoon.'

'Overall it was pleasant and close to good restaurants and public transport. The breakfast is very disappointing, it’s best to eat elsewhere for a decent breakfast.'

'Accommodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Centraal gelegen. '

'Very wel located en equipped apartment for your stay in Madrid. A bit complicated to find. And they use their own online platform which make it some what complicated as you have to make a new agreement with them their. There they ask a fee for cleaning but finally it seems to be included in the Expedia price.'

'Goed gelegen, dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Voor midden in het centrum zeer rustig. Metro Sol en opera gelegen op loopafstand.'

'Ruim appartement op centrale locatie'

'An excellent stay: central location close to the metro station, very clean, excellent service and customer support, very nice interior design. I would highly recommend this studio.'

'Clean room'

'A very nice apartment complex in a great area.'

'The photos were a great representation of the place! The location is great, as well as, the security. There was a 5 flight walk up to get to the apartment. It was the perfect location!!'
