'Amazing apartment in a very quiet area of Madrid and not far from 2 major metro stations to gain access to tourist attractions and shopping areas. The apartment was very clean and easy to check into. We were met by a lovely gentleman Jhonathan who helped settle us into the apartment. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a trip to Madrid you will not be disappointed. We are planning on going again in November.'

'The property was well kept and clean, the checking in process however could not have been more confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. Not only does the address not show up on maps(any version),but she left two women basically stranded on a corner on a random street in Madrid waiting for her to let us in. when she did...

'The apartment was a bit dirty and had maintenance items, like doors and wooden panels, behind the sofa in the living room, which was unappealing. There was also considerable damage to the shower doors, room doors, and the walls of the apartment. In my opinion, they should perform a general maintenance check before renting out the property. On the positive side, the location was in the heart of Madrid, with almost all tourist attractions within walking distance.'

'The location and the views are exceptional. It's a small apartment but it can accommodate two people with comfort. Plenty of sunlight and you can feel the city vibe, have a dinner on the terrace outside, or get some sun. Another two people can sleep in a small bed in the improvised mezzanine but the roof is very low and access is hard; The ladder is hard to use by a regular adult, with real risk of falling if you miss a step.
