'Do not stay here you will regret it. Very hot the second you walk in to lobby. Front desk is very dirty. Food stains on the walls next to front desk. Lobby itself had visible dirt on floor. When getting out of elevator there were red stains on the walls, hopefully ketchup and not blood. Part of the drop ceiling was missing, third floor. Carpet in hallway extremely dirty. Room itself had some tile missing at floor level and upon looking closer the sheets had wrinkles in them that indicated...

'This property was a dump. There were random people just sitting on the ground adjacent to the property. I was checking in; I could tell the lady was about to have an attitude with me. Then some random lady who evidently worked on the property burst in demanding keys and threatening the front desk woman that she’s going to call management on her or something. There was a heated exchange and the woman checking me in slammed a clipboard down for her and tossed keys onto the counter then the other...

'Smelly, grimy, sketchy hotel. Reviews were 7/10 and pictures looked nice. Very very misleading!! Booked this hotel and checked in with an uneasy feeling. Got to our room and the condition was very poor. Everything was very worn and unkempt. The pullout couch mattress was brown, coffee table was in horrible condition and the room didn’t smell clean. There were footmarks on the bathroom floor making the “yuck” factor stick out even more. My party was not comfortable staying here. Don’t stay here....

'Initial thought was thay it looked like a very nice place. The front desk staff were nice. Within 15 minutes of checking in, someone knocked on the door and barged in with a key. A man asked if we just checked in amd then left. The lady at the front desk advised it was housekeeping, saying that he heard a noise or noise complaint, so was checking. The pool was very large, though people were outside with the door being propped open. The hotel was quite loud.'

'Property close to Blossom Music Center and easily accessed from interstate. Our floors were wet from mopping , I guess. A coffee maker would be nice. We had no cups. The toilet paper holder was broken, not there. 2 half rolls sat on the sink. I would not stand in the shower. It was either terribly stained or dirty. I will not be staying here again.'

'Price was high for the condition of the room. Plaster falling from ceiling in bathroom. A/C out in the lobby and hallway. Just a lot of little things not kept up in the bathroom.'
