'Fantastic Location! This isn’t a full service hotel by any means. They came in once to service the room during my 3 night stay but didn’t refill the coffee pods or tea. But a fantastic place to stay…clean and great location. Would definitely stay here again.'

'There is not reception. I had to call many times to the WhatsApp number in order to check in. Checking out was also very troubling, when I was ready to go, there was no one in the entrance and again wouldn’t answer the phone. I was instructed to left my luggage inside the room but only for 2 hours because they DO NOT KEEP YOUR LUGGAGE FOR YOU. 'Cet hébergement est la plus grosse m3rde que j'ai jamais vu. C'est juste du vol. Déjà à 60Euros la nuit, ça aurait été très cher. Là c'était 160 balles ! C'est du grand n'importe quoi ! J'ai été contraint de prendre ça car il n'y avait plus de place ailleurs. On ne m'y reprendra pas à voyager à Milan !'

'Beautiful boutique hotel, loved the careful attention to detail and overall comfort. Excellent airconditioning (difficult to find in Europe), amenities, and lovely staff. Please note the small size of the hotel (7 rooms only) and the fact that it is not staffed at night - I would recommend this hotel for the experienced and leisurely traveler who does not need constant service.'

'We had a great time during our stay. The weather reached 93 degrees, so it was quite hot. It was wonderful to return to a place with excellent air conditioning and a nice shower. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I do have two small notes to be mindful of. First, the apartment is located on the second floor, which I did not realize initially. 'Beautiful accommodation in a very convenient location just a few minutes from central train station the room itself is huge and well appointed and was very comfortable. If you don’t mind a little bit of noise and some people loitering the main building doors at night (completely harmless though) I’d fully recomend this unit. '

"Super central location and great facilities and friendly staff! Were able to check us in a bit earlier, catered to requests like extra blankets and were friendly from the valet to the desk to the restaurant. The room was really spacious and the amenities were good. Love love loved the location, 5min walk from the metro and 30 second walk to the tram stop. Plenty of restaurant options in the are too and made it very easy to get around. Not to mention it's convenient when booking a day-trip to Como for example as the meeting point for the buses is right outside the hotel. Despite being central there were no noise disturbances at all (we were on the 1st floor even). Overall a great stay and would honestly stay again when visiting Milan a next time! "
